All prices are per person based on two (2) in a cabin and shall pay a non-refundable deposit of $250.00 per person ($500.00 per cabin) when you book your reservation. If booking with a monthly payment plan, there will be a $250 monthly payment thereafter (processed on the 15th of each month, however, on months were the 15th lands on a weekend or holiday, the payment shall be processed on the first business day after the 15th), until the remaining balance is paid in full. All cabin mate deposits must be received within 7 days of your booking/reservation to ensure cabin confirmation. All payments and outstanding balances for reservations made before April 30, 2012 are due by June 15th and any reservations made after April 30, 2012, must be paid in full by July 30, 2012. Any reservations after July 30th are to be paid in full upon booking. Please note that most cabins are double-occupancy only, but the triple and quadruple cabins will accommodate the third and fourth guest with upper bunk beds, rollaway beds, or convertible sofa beds.


Travel Guard Insurance is mandatory, as all payments are non-refundable, and required within 10 days of booking from all passengers attending the Concerts Cruise event. All cancellations MUST be processed through the insurance company.

 

CABINS
Interior

The Interior staterooms have two lower beds, which can be converted into a king size bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a shower. Room includes chair and coffee table and 24-hour Stateroom service. Most Interior cabins can accommodate a third and fourth guest. These cabins will accommodate the additional guests with roll away beds, with the exception of 1A. 1A consists of a bunk bed and can accommodate only two people. Ocean View

The Ocean View staterooms have two lower twin beds that can be converted into a king size bed, one upper and a sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a shower. Room includes sofa and coffee table and 24-hour Stateroom service. All Ocean View cabins can accommodate a third and fourth guest. Balcony

The balcony staterooms has two lower beds that can be converted to a king size bed and a door that opens to private balcony, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom. Some Balcony cabins can also accommodate a third, and fourth guest. These cabins will accommodate the additional guests with either an upper bunk, single convertible sofa bed, and/or a rollaway bed.   • Vip Reception/Meet and Greet Artists (For Cabin Category guests in 8A,8B,8C,8D,8E,8M/8N,9B/9C,OS & GS only)
  • Late night deck party and comedy shows
  • All classes, and other activities on the ship
  • Use of fitness center
  • 24 hour room service
  • All taxes and governmental fees, are added at check-out and pre-paid by you ($175 per person)
  • Pre-paid gratuities ($57.50 for entire cruise will be charged to your accounts for tips for your cabin stewards and waiters)

What’s Not Included?
The following items are not included in the price of the Concerts Cruise:

  • Alcoholic beverages, sodas, and bottled water
  • Optional dinners in the ship's steakhouse
  • Any meals, shore excursion or tours at the port of call (destinations)
  • Spa and beauty treatments
  • Optional excursions at the ports of call
  • Optional activities off-ship
  • Optional ship activities offered by the cruise line (such as wine-tastings, yoga classes, personal training, spa treatments, etc.)
  • Air travel to/from Florida
  • Ground Transportation
  • Travel Insurance (Mandatory Travel Cancellation Insurance is required within 10 days of booking from all passengers attending the Concerts Cruise event. )
  • Use of Internet Cafe or Wi-Fi on the ship
  • Taxes, fees, and/or gratuities for optional products and services purchased on the cruise

 

PAYMENT PLAN
Deposit
A deposit of $250 per person (or $500 per cabin) is required to reserve a cabin on Concerts Cruise. Should you book a double-occupancy cabin for two (2), your reservation will not be confirmed until deposits have been received for both you and your cabin mate. If only one person will be occupying a double-occupancy cabin, a $500 deposit will be required. All payments must be made by credit or debit card only. Checks are not accepted.


Installment Payments
After making deposit payment, guests must make monthly installment payments for the remaining balance. $250 monthly payment shall be processed on the 15th of each month, however, on months were the 15th lands on a weekend or holiday, the payment shall be processed on the first business day after the 15th, until the remaining balance is paid in full. For cabins booked after June 30, 2012, full payment is due at time of booking.

Late Payment Policy
Guests on the monthly installment plan are required to make regular payments in accordance with the installment payment plan. If an account becomes 30 days past due, the guests shall lose their cabin assignment and their reservation shall be converted to a Waiting List status. The guests shall have 30 days to bring the account current. If the account is brought current within those 30 days, the guests will receive a new cabin assignment, based on current availability and pricing. Any early discounts will be lost and the account balance adjusted accordingly. If an account becomes 60 days past due, the reservation will be automatically canceled and all payments forfeited.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
Mandatory trip cancellation is required on all Concerts Cruise events, in order to protect the cost of your cruise package in case of any emergency or unforeseen circumstances, such as:

  • Unforeseen illness
  • Bad weather
  • Family emergency
  • Missed connection on your domestic flights, or
  • Flight delays

Travel Guard Insurance is mandatory, as all payments are non-refundable, and required within 10 days of booking from all passengers. All cancellations MUST be processed through the insurance company. Concerts Cruise does not sell this insurance, but you can contact Travel Guard at www.travelguard.com.

 

CABIN MATE LOCATOR

You can book a single Occupancy Rate for a Two Person Cabin, even if you do not have a friend joining you on the cruise. However, Concerts Cruise will contact you to check if you are going to be joined by a friend in your cabin.

Should you decide to have a friend join you; Concerts Cruise will add your guest at your same rate. Should you not have a guest or friend joining you, Concerts Cruise reserve the right to match you with a cabin mate of the same sex, from Concerts Cruise other guests on the cruise.


You will be given a cabin mate survey to complete, in order for Concerts Cruise to use its best efforts to match you with a cabin mate. You will also have an opportunity to chat with your potential cabin mate, prior to assigning a cabin mate to you. Should the cruise not sell out, you will not be assigned a cabin mate. However, you will still be responsible for your share of the fares and fees.
